Rain cover for child bike seat?

I've just started riding with my 18 month old, who is in a co-pilot bike seat. I want to commute with her year round, but don't want her getting soaked in the rain. Does anyone make a child bike seat rain cover similar to the rain covers they make for strollers? I really want to avoid a bike trailer if I can help it......

I'd probably cross post this question to Recreational and Family to cover your bases.

I haven't ever seen what you're looking for, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
