Cleveland Bike Commuting Article
Found this link today to a pretty funny take on bikes (& commuting to some degree) in Cleveland today. It's a pretty funny read for those familiar with the area & (I'd imagine) also pretty funny to those interested in bikes, even if they aren't from Cleveland.

Pretty darn good! I myself have been run off the road down in the Rocky River Reservation by a man who cut me off, stopped and walked his dog, and then told me to use the "Bikepath" instead of the road.

I was just riding in a cleveland metropark on saturday, along the paved "all purpose trail," looking with longing at the totally empty equestrian trail...

When I was just a wee chipcom, all we had in the metroparks were the bridle paths...and I loved bombing down them on my old Schwinn cruiser with the front spring shock, flipped handlebars, gas tank top tube, balloon tires and fenders/chainguard stripped off. It's not like anyone actually rode horses on them.

That's EXACTLY where I was eying the bridle trail! The $200 fine for using it for something other than horses is enough to stop me though...
