recommend a bike cover?

i'm looking for a bike cover for rain and sun for my fuji crosstown, commuter bike. $20-$30. any recommendations?

I've seen people only cover there saddles if left outside for short period.

For whole-bike coverage, I would go with a large gas grill cover from Walmart- cheap, effective.

i bought a small tarp form home depot and threaded a small rope through the bottom to cinch it "down" works like a charm maybe 15 bucks
