Zorin SeatPost Pump for "Regular" Bikes?
Awhile ago I am quite certain that I saw these Seat Post pumps branded "Zorin Biologic" were made for regular bikes. I thought it was interesting but I didn't need another pump at the time. Now I want to get one, but I spent some time searching and all I find are parts that are apparently made by or at least for Dahon. I'm not certain if these will work on non-Dahons, and non-folders for that matter. Can anyone help me out here? I'd love to get something like this for one of my bikes but don't want to get something that won't work. One bike is a 1982 Trek 613 and the other is a Swobo Dixon. I'd prefer to put one on the Trek but I'll take one for the Swobo instead if that's the only option.

I've never seen one - I do have one on my Dahon and it is awesome.
I'd love one for my road commuter. |
I have one on my Kona Fire Mountain Xtracycle. It took a bit of doing to get it, but, it is well worth it. My understanding is that it is something that has to be ordered through Dahon.
I tried to order it through the Dahon site, I received one that was the wrong size. I sent it back, called customer service, was told that the 27.2 size was out of stock. They recommended trying one of the dealers listed on their site. I started calling the dealers that were closest to me, about a half dozen calls later, I found a dealer that actually had one in stock, sent them my money, they sent me an air pump. Every one is happy. |
Thanks for the replies. I tried looking again and still can't find one. I don't understand why it's so hard to find? Can you give me the name of the specific dealer you bought from? Was it recent? Maybe it's no longer made and Dahon wants to reserve them for their folders. If all else fails I'll get another topeak turbo morph G, but it would be mice to have one that hides in the bike. One final bump.
