New cycling bag idea...

Interesting concept...

I would probably prefer it as a stand alone add on to a bag of my choice, but:

I would prefer it as a mesh vest or something. I have seen a mod of a regular vest before. I personally hate riding with a backpack.

a panel that would attach to backpack, messenger bag or vest would be ideal. most people have a bag they already like, or do not want/use a bag. I've seen similar

if she was so concerned about accidents, why not wear a freakin' helmet in the video, huh?

Maybe cuz she wanted to prevent the accident in the first place? Helmets don't help in that aspect

Back in the day, you could get a belt with turn signal indicators made into it. I used to have one. I actually like my Winkku's much better because the signal indicators are much further outboard, giving a clearer signal at a further distance, than indicators did on the turn signal belt.
I would not buy the unit as advertised in the video, because like the other folks here, I would like to be able to use it without the whole backpack thing.
