Thrift stores. I just picked up a nice pair of jogging pants, two layers (outer shell + mesh inner), $2.99. No obvious tears/stains. I also got a few thin long-sleeved shirts for layering for $1.50-$2.00 apiece. Definitely recommend thrift shopping.
