Thanks for this thread. It was definitely my wake up call to get my act together. I also heard that there's a possibility for snow on Thursday and/or Friday. The other day I ordered studded snow tires for the trike. A few hours ago, I changed to studded and fixed the problems that I had with the DF because I'll be commuting with the trike for now. My plan is to use the trike as long as there isn't more than about 1" of snow on the roads, and use the DF for the deeped stuff.

One always needs a "B" bike no matter what the season is... just need to fit a rear fender to keep the spray off.

The only thing I have yet to figure out is what to do with the wet shoe and sock. Thought of shoe cover but I do have to take the train and don't like walking with them on nor having to remove them. I'm thinking of getting some neoprene sock and let my shoes get wet, but at least my feet will be dry :)
