Want some Nashbar ATB panniers.
EDIT: Backpack is gone.

WTT Chicago area, Dahon Curve 3-spd bike for a good "bike rack bike"
I have this wonderful little Dahon Curve 3-spd folding bike I'd like to trade for a full size "bike rack bike."
I bought the curve to take on the train for my daily commute, but I find I'd rather just have a bike on each end. I have a nice bike for my home end, but need a bike for the work end. It should be a men's bike, appropriate for my size (5'8", 30" inseam) and have NO quick release hardware. I don't care how many speeds it has, as long as it is not just high gearing. I should be ruggedly built (not a road racing bike) and of somewhat higher mechanical quality than what they're selling at Walmart. Fenders and a rack would be a plus, but not required. It doesn't have to be as pretty as my Curve, but should not be terrible either.

Up for grabs: Your choice of either a large Banjo Brothers backpack or a large Banjo Brothers mess bag. Both waterproof, both are black with reflective stripes.
Will consider trading for a trunk bag, smallish panniers ( have 16.3" chainstays on a bike with 26" wheels, so heel strike is a major concern), larger lumbar pack, or Wald folding basket(s).

For trade - [STRIKE]six[/STRIKE] three pair of MTB shoes (individually, not a set), perfect for commuting with SPD/Crank Bros. I would like to trade for stuff needed to build my first touring rig. These are also listed on CL, so availability may vary, but I will up-date this thread. Cleats not included, my friends.
EDIT: No fungi or crazy foot issues to worry about. These are well-kept. All shoes are size 11-12, depending. Thanks no1mad.

^^Not that I'm in the market (or able to help via trade), but you might want to list the size of the shoes...

So long as it's not 'for sale', then it's not too complicated. Just do something like this:
HAVE: Widget A, condition of item, reason why you no longer want/need is nice but optional.
WANT: Gizmo B.
You may or may not have a quick response. Also, since you are new and can't PM yet, you'll have to communicate via Visitor Messages on your profile page or through e-mail.

I'll post pictures soon, but I have for trade:
700x50 Berthoud stainless steel fenders
Pletscher two-legged kickstand
Velo Orange steering stabilizer
I'm looking for 700x40+ tires, perhaps Marathon Duremes, Extremes, Mondials, or Supremes? Perhaps some 29" Big Apples? Whatcha got?

I just had a set of wheels built by hand from old Formula hubs (in good shape) and recycled Alex rims with Wheelmaster spokes, 2X on both. At 195 lbs, I'm no lightweight, and after riding the new build am forced to let go of my Forte Titans. They are strong and solid, as most reviews attest, but they are not for someone of my weight. This was evident after riding the new wheels and feeling how stiff they were. Never been wrecked or dropped.
They have been de-badged and look cooler for it, I think. Does not come with cassette or tires/tubes, but can if the trade needs it.
What I'd like to trade for is something for a new build. Not sure if I want cross or road, but I could use some 9 speed levers, silver or black. If anyone has a 56cm frame they'd like to trade, I'm open to that as well.
I will be listing these on CL in a couple of days, but thought I'd list them in here to keep it in the family.
