Timbuk2 Pannier/Messenger?

Does anyone have experience using the Timbuk2 pannier/messengers? They are the Bullitt, which looks pretty big, and has two hooks to attach to the rack. And the Shift, which is smaller, and also has a bungee hook to keep it secure, in addition to the 2 rack hooks. Any info? Reviews?
