Being Obnoxious in the Summertime
The general praise of being obnoxious thread had great input and was rather inspiring, however one time i struggle to stay obnoxious is in the summer. With the nature of summers in the south i generally dont keep too much on my leaving less surface to be reflecterized. Suggestions? Tips?

My wife tells me I don't have to worry about losing it all year long....
Fortunately, daylight is on our side in the summer. You can still light/ reflect your seat bag, fenders, panniers, messenger bag and helmet (if you wear one.)

I'm thinking the best solution is to do like the Samurais and wear a banner on our back but instead color it high vis yellow with some sort symbol made out of reflective material.

I got a ventilated nylon 'muscle shirt' from Target in an eye-searing international safety orange. Sets off a suntan nicely too.

My favorite obnoxious summer wear is a lime-green running shirt from Target. It has the seamless shoulders, which are really comfortable, and it has a few reflective pieces.

This makes me think of the new dayglow green shirt I bought at REI the other day. It did not look so bad on the hanger but on me, gag. It is definitely to be returned.

Just head to any store that sells construction safety equipment, they make high-vis t-shirts, vests and even just a reflective suspender-type get-up that goes over whatever you want to wear... https://alertshirt.com/higvisshirfo.html was the first link that came up for high vis safety shirts.

Neon green is your friend. You can find lots of short-sleeve jerseys in that color.

Try the neon reflective cross sash straps and belts typically worn by joggers.
