I'm organizing a Bicycle Commuter Cup Challenge which has a goal of getting folks interested in bicycle commuting by creating a camaraderie with fellow co-workers who also bike to work. Weekly miles will be logged by participants and teams, then overall workplace bicycle commute rate will decide the winners. All on the honor system, just for fun, and to get people exposed to alternatives to driving to work.
Any feedback on the website and such would be greatly appreciated.

looks good, you may want to add a section for comments, a way for the commuters to compare notes maybe, like we have here. A good example if you have not already seen it is bikejournal.

Thanks for the input on bikejournal.com. I'm a fairly novice website designer, so next year I'll have to teach myself how to create a username/password type site.

So far, I've not found any need to wear a cup while bicycle commuting. But, good luck with your website!

I'd be a one man team cause even when the weather is nice I'm the only person in my entire company of about 75 employees who commutes.

That's the main goal of this event, is to try to encourage other people to give it a try. Maybe they won't ride when it's windy, cold, or too hot, but even if they ride on the nice days, I think that should be considered a success.
