Ortlieb Backroller vs. Seattle Sports Titan

I'm looking at getting a set of rear panniers that are durable and waterproof. A couple of friends suggest Ortlieb - hands down. The Seattle Sports Titan panniers are much cheaper, but are more difficult to mount and unmount from thicker diameter racks.

Any advice is helpful!
