An obvious situation where a person in authority does something stupid and gets called on it then instead of just apologizing they make matters worse and deflect blame onto the innocent party. Typical bully behavior.

It also says a lot about our perception of police officers today. My initial reaction was to side with the cyclist but it's true, there are always three sides to a story.

But it isn't he said she said. Multiple witnesses including the delivery guy who ran into her when the driver opened the car door.
