The article doesn't say if he rode to work, only that he was riding while working. However, since he rode to the hospital rather than waiting for an ambulance, we can infer that he chooses a "car-free" lifestyle.

He's lucky it wasn't me,he wouldn't need a hospital.

It also doesn't say if this was his full-time job or just a part-time thing he does in the early morning hours.

Absolutely, he had someplace to go (hospital) and something to do (get surgery). This just points out how dangerous cycling can be :rolleyes:. No mention in the article if was wearing a helmet or had lights on his bike :eek:. I think I spend to much time in A&S.

It also doesn't say if he was riding a Surly, but he seems pretty dedicated, so he probably was. I wonder if you can get blood out of a Brooks saddle? Do you think he goes clipless? Hmm.

Commuting is riding fro home to work or work to home. Since he rode fro work to the hospital he was not commuting. Unless he lived at the hospital.

It's just another thug cyclist that'll give the rest of us a bad name....

I bet he blew red lights and stop signs on the way to the hospital. Probably a ninja salmon too.
