Flat bar grips what do you like?

Ergon. Nothing else compares. Seriously. Everybody else should just give up and stop making grips :D I have GC3 grips on two bikes: the commuter and the touring bike. I do 50-60 mile rides on a loaded bike with flat bars and those grips, no gloves, and my hands and wrists are happy. I will never consider any other grips, period. I got the GP1 for my MTB build. The end bars are very comfortable too. But if you don't care for the end bars get the GC1 grips because you can't just remove the ends from GC3s, they're an integral part that hold them together.

Expensive, but worth it. They're shaped unlike any other grips and provide larger area for your hands to rest on and the wide parts are springy and soft. The quality is also very high, they will last a long time. The trick is to experiment a bit and get just the right angle for support. And keep in mind that they come in small and large sizes.

If you want very close to the Ergon's at half the price, the Specialized BG grips are really nice, and can be had for less than $30. The Ergon's are amazing though if you have the cash.

Yup... Ergon all the way. I have a set each of GP1, GC2, and GC3. Each has their place and all are awesome!

$6 Dimension Cork grips work well for me.
