Building a Commuter Bike. How bout this frame?
 

I just have this idea to build a commuter bike. Just wanna start from scratch since I already have a perfect Peugeot U-08 to ride around on. I'm not trying to build a super-duper bike, just doing it for a hobby. I don't wanna spend a mad amount of money since I'll be riding this to UNM (school). Do you guys think this frame is a good cheap one to start off with? Or should I keep looking?

Building your bike from scratch are ya laddie? Well let me warn ya, your gonna fall in love with it! You'll become obssesed with it. You'll not only stop riding your Peugeot but if your married you'll ignor your wife too!
You'll always be tinkering with it. Always buying upgrades for it. And then you'll start referring to it as "her". You'll lose your job and family! All because of that She-Devil you built for a hobby.
Go to Target and get yourself a cheap bike. And with the money you save buy your wife a nice gift and pray to God to forgive you for thinking such an evil thing!
But if your not married, have a lousy job and don't believe in God then go ahead and have fun. It;s a great hobby!
