Picked up a used brooks B-72. It has 2 rails underneath, I assume I can get some adapter to fit a standard seatpost?

Saddles are relatively universal. You'll be able to use the post / top clamp from your previous saddle. Just loosen the bolt (Or two, depending on the style of seat post.) and take note of how it connects to your old saddle's rails. Reverse that process to install your new one.

I have a B72. They are not the same as 99% of the saddles out there. They have a double rail system for the loop spring suspension. I am able to shimmy my seat post clamp between the two rails(with some cursing, huffing and puffing). I have to completely disassemble the clamp first however into several pieces, jam it in there, then reassemble as I attempt to hold the entire thing together. It isn't easy. But it is possible if you remove the small children from the area so that you can curse as much as necessary.

They also sell a seat post "sandwich" that works with single bolt seat post designs. Depending on your seat post it may or may not be necessary to get the sandwich.

I have a B-72 on one of my bikes. It is a very comfortable saddle. I was going to buy the sandwich slowandsteady mentioned but the day I found the saddle languishing dust covered but unused in a bike shop, I bought an old style post and clamp for it so I could install it there. I never got around to buying the sandwich. My B-72 was comfortable immediately. Its leather is thinner than my B-17 and took no time to break in. Enjoy!
