Awesome
I just got a new commuter today. It's a 1987 Le Tour. I know Panasonic bikes are supposed to be crap, but I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the smoothest riding bike I think I've ever gotten! It's just my size too. It's been a good day, so I'm probably about to get hit by a bus, or something!

Congrats! There's nothing like having a smooth running machine, it is so nice to just glide smoothly above the ground on ANY bike, let alone a used one that didn't cost an arm and a leg!

I have a supposedly low-end Panasonic ("Sport") that I think is from the early 80's -- and I love it! Happy riding.

GOOD FOR YOU!!!
Don't heed the snobs. As long as you're riding, you are still better off regardless the bike you're riding! I have e friend who has an OCLV mountain bike, a custom steel road bike, yet his preferred commuter is his Wahoo that someone was putting in the trash. KEEP UP THE GOOD RIDING. |
Good for you. I have a Panasonic DX-2000 from the eighties and I love it. Rides like buttahhh.
