Commuter Bicycle is a Necessary Tool

Using a good-natured style, I once told someone who was enthusiastically looking and examining my commuter bike:
"Just be careful with it, as I use this bike to commute to work. If something happens to it, I'll be forced to drive." |
If something happens to my bike,
I have to take the bus :( http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5085/...9d0db3ee_z.jpg STUCK IN SNOW by 1nterceptor, on Flickr |

1nterceptor: Inspiring bicycle and scenery in all your photographs, along with the juxtaposition of your machine, raw weather and nature. Your cycling videos are also a vicarious trip-to-memory-lane. Thanks.

Glad you folks enjoy biking as much as I do :)

When my mom called last summer to tell me that her car's tire low air pressure warning light had illuminated, I thought about driving over with the convertible to inflate the tire to more than 30psi and reset the sensor, as I did before. Well, when operating levers, pedals and steering wheels sitting came to pedaling and riding, the bicycle won, and I "Sanford and Son truck" loaded the bike with some extra tools and a full-size floor pump with a gauge to correct the problem.
"In the end, man came with bicycle and bicycle equipment to fix car, and succeeded." Included is a picture of the "Road-Service-and-Almost-Tow-Truck-Bike-Machine." |
