Downtube fender

Anyone using a downtube fender?

I added one to keep snow off the bottom bracket shell, front derailleur, and anything else in the area. It does keep ice & snow from packing in around the equipment. Clean-up is easier, too.

BTW, I'm using full fenders and will add a longer mudflips soon.

I got around the frozen-with-crud front derailleur by taking it off the bike. So no granny gear. And no fast descents.
