13.5 if I ride the whole way. I usually cut out the super hilly 3 miles in the morning by hopping a quick ride on the light rail in order to save time. I ride them on the way home.

My shortest route is 3,5 km, so on nice days I have a few longer options to pick from. So on a yearly basis, I'd say 8 km one way.

I live 2 miles from work, and only ride the direct route in nasty weather (<35F, heavy precipitation). I have a variety of other routes mapped out, anything from 3-9 miles; it depends on my mood, and whether I get out the door early enough, as to which one I take on any given day.

My distance to work is about 35 miles. I don't have the time for that, so I take the train most of the way. 1.5 mile by home, 4.5 near work for a total of 6.0 miles one way. I typically extend my evening commute by skipping a station or two for an extra 5-10 miles.

Mine is similar to "nashvillwill":
Morning:
1.7 miles to the bus stop
35 miles on the bus
5.2 miles to the office

Afternoon:
6.0 miles from office to the bus stop
35 miles on the bus
1.7 miles to home.

Total: 14.6

So the longest leg is the 6 miles in the afternoon.
