I was hit by a hit and run driver a couple years ago. Makes me feel blessed when I think how lucky I was.

Don't know if all states are the same, but here loaning your vehicle to
a drunk is the same as driving while drunk. You own the vehicle you
are responsible for the use of it no matter who is driving.

A terrible waste of life!
