There's probably other brand/generic equivalents out there as well...

I think it's the Jitensha flat bar:

I have the 25 deg on my LHT and really like it.

It could even be an Open Bar.

Really, it's just a flat bar with a lot of sweep, there are about a dozen different variants. Most have the forward bend so reach isn't affected quite so much. That one does have a better finish than most.

Either way, they're pretty awesome, much more comfortable than flat bars, and they look really cool too.
