Locking a Bontrager interchange basket to rack?

Hello everybody,

I have a Bontrager seatpost rack with a rear Bontrager Interchange basket on my Monocog, which is my daily commuter / city / errand / shopping bike. So far this basket / seat rack system has worked really well, allowing me to carry food or whatever else I happen to be transporting. However I cant figure out anyway to securely lock the basket to the rack itself. Its made to come off very easily with the push of a button and I'm worried im going to come out of the grocery store sometime and see only the rack but basket missing.

Has anyone figured out a good solution in securing this system? I cant really see anyplace to fit a combination lock or something similar itself. It looks like I could zip tie the basket to the rack if it comes down to it but cant think of any other solutions.

Thanks for your suggestions.
