Leaftors, there is a forum here called "Classic & Vintage: What's it worth?" You may have better luck getting an estimate if you post this there.

Those all seem a bit high, but I don't know what your market is like and there is not much describing the bikes so maybe if there are nicer than what I can gather from the pictures the prices on them might not be that far off.

Those bikes are all different sizes. Better get at least a rough idea of what size you need before wasting time going to look at bikes that don't fit.

Miele was a "pretty good" make back in the 80s and early 90s. Not outstanding, but not bad. I'd put them in the same category as Nishiki, Norco, or BRC from the same era. The prices being quoted seem a little on the high side to me.
Maybe it's just me, but I'd be wary of buying a bike from someone who claimed to have "replaced the breaks". What did he replace them with, small hairline cracks?

The first two are very over-priced if you ask me, even if it's Toronto and spring-time I don't think an exage equipped bike is worth 350 or 400. For that price I'd expect better parts regardless of clean the bikes look.

Is there still a used bike shop in Kitchener? I bought a bike there a few years ago. Nice selection.

Those bikes are overpriced. The Miele is one of the first that Jim Miele had made, so it is quite old. Fiori is was a rebranded Norco, they wanted an Italian name to help sell bikes. I worked in a bike shop that sold both those bikes, so I know them well. Unfortunately Toronto's CL is getting to be a joke on what people think their bikes are worth. Both those bikes are selling for more than they were bought for and they are 25 years old.

Indeed there is. I haven't been inside the shop but I dropped off some tires and stuff there yesterday. They were unexpectedly closed so I had to leave the stuff outside.

There is also a for-profit used bike shop on Lancaster St. near the river: https://cyclemd.ca/

If memory serves me correctly, the prices being asked are about equal to what these bikes cost new. A mid-range "entry level" road bike such as the Fiori went for about $300-$400 back then.
I had a Nishiki Landau in the same category and that's what it cost at the time. It was a great bike, I did a lot of things on it, but if I saw it again years later I would expect to pay perhaps $100-$200 for it, if it were in very good condition.
