Rain ponchos in Vienna

As of today, I use an old rain poncho / cape for commuting in the rain. The poncho is made of a single PVC layer and it lacks hand loops or a waist strap. I like the general concept of rain ponchos, but my current one is rather impractical. So I have been searching for a cycling rain poncho in Vienna (Austria), but I could only find the following two models:
  • Vaude Valdipino Poncho
  • Wäfo Radponcho Modell 440
Both models have hand loops, but they lack a waist strap. The Vaude poncho is packable into itself and it has slits for the arms to pass through. The Wäfo poncho has transparent panels in the hood.
Are there any experiences with the mentioned rain ponchos? Is it advisable to rather have a rain poncho with a waist strap? If it is, where can I buy such a poncho?

Cheers,
irgendwas

Not with those 2 , i've tried Carradice pro route cape, resold it when I got a
Grundens (rivendale bike sold) one , made by the reliable Swedish - Portuguese
Commercial-fishermans off shore foul weather gear manufacturer..
it's a bit bigger and heavier than the British made one.. welded seam nylon reinforced PVC.

Have not used the waist tie, but I did find the hand loop used, and better if big enough

cordage to find the knot, hook my thumb in it, with out being able to see it..

Carradice sews the cotton webbing pieces on.. I dipped the cut ends in wax to stop cut end fraying ..

Oh, and a definition note: ponchos are a big rectangle, flat.
hood in the center

a cycle rain cape is Conic shaped,.. less stuff flapping about..
