Oh, and for women cyclists. Most of them really want you to try to chit-chat
i give that a 5. too obvious and too trite.

I ONLY take my hybrid in bad weather. While most of the bikes at work are hybrids or mountain bikes, there are a good number of road bikes, some of them really nice. There are a good number of people at work who bike 50 miles from San Francisco to Mountain View and the ONLY time you see one of them not riding a road bike is Bike To Work day.

So STFU and celebrate everyone who rides any bike to work, whether it's an Xmart bike or a $7k Seven bike.

Also I use MTB style double sided clipless pedals on the CX which I find faster to get in and out of compared to single sided road pedals. There are plenty of stop lights in my 27.5 km (one way) commute:

that looks like a nightmare for a commute and quite boring for scenery

Oxycontin? It's comfortable because it airs out your crack and lower back boobs. Your rear end sort of swallows the seat post (or probably seat mast in your case....) and when you stand to pedal it's like a manatee giving birth. That's the best part about competitive cycling to me anyway.

BTW - Nice post editing skills! You missed something important though for those chiselled legs -- bic, nair or wax?

Cats? I'm a fish man.

Not reserved for wannabe roadies only. Hey, yellow fender dude on a hybrid riding on the MVT to Old Town every morning (you know who you are) -- cover up your crack and back side. I can only shield my eyes for so long, and even though I blast past you, it is more than I can take in the morning.

IME cycling jerseys and shorts are usually better at hiding hairy cracks than regular clothes.

IonicScott: It's nair, isn't it?

BTW - posting a response on a forum to tell people not to respond to a troll is confusing. It must be the nair.

If you're not riding with a psychedelic gecko on your shirt, you ARE having a substandard experience.
Agreed. With the caveat that there also be a large company logo on it. I like to pay companies to advertise for them.

Riding keeps me off the good painkillers, it will be a dark day in hell when I shave these gorgeous legs, and what the hell are back boobs ?

.

Hey, if you're posting on BF you are more likely than a lot of others to have spare time I figure .

Back boobs are hard to describe without a good picture, but when you see it -- you'll know.
