Rak Sak?

I drove past a cyclist today with something over their rear rack called a Rak Sak. It looked like a nylon compressible storage bin for the rack. It looked quite old, and a google search for ti doesn't bring up anything useful. Has anyone heard of these before?

Never heard of it myself, so I went Binging (since Google came up empty for you). From what little I found, it looks like the product possibly died in its infancy about 20 years ago...

I have had one for years. I am looking to replace it. I also had no luck with Google, or Ebay.

I'm the RakSak guy - if you need one please contact me via PM. https://www.RakSak.com will be up soon, or look for Rak Sak on Facebook.
