Hardest tire change EVER!

So my youngest son has this tiny bike with 12" wheels. Got it at a garage sale this past summer. He's pretty proud of it. Anyways, tubes stopped holding air and the tires are dry rotted and worn plenty bad.

I was placing an order anyway with an online retailer I get parts from. I racked some bonus points with them over the summer. So I order new tires and tubes for the 12" bike, as well as some other stuff I've been wanting.

Tires show up Thursday so this morning I set out to replace these tires. This is harder than doing a 700x23! No room for tire levers. My thumbs are worn raw. But I got it done. I never had such a hard time replacing two tires and tubes before! And to think a lot of these bike trailers have small wheels, too.
