garment bag panniers

I missed two commuting days this week because I needed to wear big boy clothes (coat and tie). I'm curious if anyone's had experience with the garment bag style panniers like Nashbar's? I like the idea and it looks like I could use it for non dress up days too.

I bought one and I think I never fixed it to the bike. I just drove in with it & hang it in my office. I find it easier to just bring spare clothes in on days I drive. It helps that I virtually never need a suit or sportcoat. If you want a virtually new one, pm me & maybe we can arrive at a price.

I bought the Performance bag on eBay a number of years ago. Most of the time I left the suits in the office, but needed to carry them occasionally.

The garment bag worked fine; it held suit, shirt, shoes, etc. I wouldn't trust it in heavy rain, but in dry weather it worked fine.

In my case, the rack on my (1960) Gazelle was a little wider than the new racks the bag was designed for so the sides were a little looser than intended (used bungee cords to fix). No problems with 5-10 mile commute.
