Princeton Tec warranty experience?

Does anyone have any experience dealing with Princeton Tec about warranties? I bought a Princeton Tec Swerve from Amazon a month ago. Worked fine at slower speeds around town. Went on a slightly longer ride yesterday (15 miles) and also descended fast. The light held up fine - but at the bottom of the hill, the light just fell off. The plastic part of the light that hangs on to the bike was fine, the light just separated from the base (the batteries, bulbs are in the part that fell off). The light was mounted correctly - any chance this will be covered under warranty? The road was nicely paved - I wasn't even traveling on rough surfaces. It really shouldn't fail under these (fairly standard) biking conditions.

My Princeton Tech light is a bit old but when the Velcro strap that held the battery on the bike broke they replaced it no charge.

So . . . in my very limited experience, I rate them very high on customer service!

i had a headlamp that i used for camping dropped it and it would not work. I called and got someone with the 1st ring. I sent it back and the fixed it or gave me a new one free of charge. I would rate them high on customer service as well.
