Another reason I love Commuting
I got home late last night from a 12 hour day working in the kitchen and I was beat. Tired. The ride home was good though but I was whooped when I got home. I got to bed late and only slept ok. Slept through my alarm by 30 minutes and was just going to drive in. When I decide on this, I usually hit the couch for 30 minutes, watch tv, shower, dress and drive in but not this morning. I showed, dressed, and hit the road on the bike. Got into work and felt 10000% better. Awake and feeling awesome.

I always feel better after riding. I've been tempted to drive the past few days because it's been cold and misty in the mornings, but I'm glad that I rode as soon as I get on my bike. One of my coworkers has been a real PITA this week, but the ride just washes that all away -- for a while anyway.
