Second hand Miyata?
Hi guys
I know very little about road / commuters bikes. A friend of mine ask me for advice. He would like to buy a second hand bike both fast and not expensive for going to work.
I found this Miyata

Is it worth it a first look? Miyata is a great brand. What could be the necessary upgrades?
