Front racks compatible with Sirrus Sport v-brakes

The title pretty much explains my dilemma. I own a 2013 Sirrus Sport purchased from my LBS. I recently inquired about purchasing a front rack, but they did not have any in stock and weren't able to order any that were considered compatible with the v-brakes on my bicycle. I have looked at various front racks online, but am weary of purchasing one and then it not being able to fit on my bicycle, one such was the racktime topit. I am looking for something that can hold a front basket, like as a wald model or similar, and be able to mount front panniers if necessary. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How did your v-brakes interfere with the Racktime rack?

I have not actually purchased the racktime topit, I have been looking at it. I was wondering if anyone had and experience with such a rack with v-brakes. I would not want to order it online only to find out when it's delivered that the v-brakes would interfere with mounting the rack. I apologize for the misunderstanding I had caused. The only front racks my LBS said they could order were for use with cantilever brakes.
