Poor man's Opafiet?
Well, kind of: https://www.amazon.com/Schwinn-Scenic...0524616&sr=8-6
Not sure I'd buy it, but it exists. I think this is the cheapest "roadster" bike I've seen, except maybe the Hollandia ones. Found it in a Facebook advert.
Thoughts?

The frame geometry is all wrong for a "dutch" bike, it appears to be a single-speed coaster-brake model, but with all the typos, "foo operated brake" in one paragraph and "foor operated brake" in the other, who knows...

Foot brake? Is that where you drag your foot on the ground to stop?

I wondered what Foo was used for..
FWIW I'm told if you get a lot more setback out of the seatpost, UJB bikes from the 80's can be dutch-ified..
