I have a pair of PI and a pair of Voler (velowear) leg warmers and both are too warm for morning temperatures in the high 40s-low 50s(F). Does anyone make a light-weight leg warmer (without a fleece lining) for these kinds of temperatures?

To me that's actually a little warm for leg warmers at all. In fact, I wear Voler bib knicks or knee warmers even below 30. My main concern is my knees. When it gets below 40 I put little rectangles of fleece under just the knees of the knicks to provide extra protection for my knees against wind chill from riding.

Thanks Rainman.
The reason I'm asking is because the past two mornings it has been "warm", but not warm enough for shorts alone (I'm not a big fan of knickers or knee warmers  ).
Both days my legs got warm enough that I considered removing the leg warmers about half way to work. I had to ditch the wind breaker yesterday and the vest today. Finished the ride with a long sleeve cotton T-shirt both days.

I was dropping off bike safety propaganda at several bike shops on Thursday and found DeFeet Kneekers at 2 of them. Checked them out and picked up a pair. I think the weather will be cool enough to give them a try next week. Thanks for the info.
