A bag to hold a3 sized books and teaching materials

As much as I hate to say it. My new commuter needs a bag on the back. BUT it needs to be able to hold large but light books and laminated materials. Needs to be waterproof and be able to attach to the above rack. Any really good products out there?

I like my Racktime Workit Pro laptop pannier on one side of my rack and an Ortlieb Shopper on the other side.

Another nice option is the ortlieb office xl on one side and a shopper on the other.

Both nice combos for in town/commuting use.

Or.....
Vaude Augsburg II L Pannier

No rack?
Carradice UK, Carradura SQR TRAX? https://www.carradice.co.uk/index.php...&product_id=19

Several UK sellers ship internationally..

that seat post clip also works with their saddle bag QR frame, used with their traditional camper saddlebags.

Alternatively Ortlieb travel biker looks like a fabric brief case / suitcase, sits on its QR mount fitted to the top of your rack.

shipping to Korea work better out of Australia ? or the US?

Note to US cyclists, A3 materials are roughly 12" x 17".

I don't think A3 will fit in anything posted so far.
