OK this will be hard to describe but imagine the word "Over The Road" spelled out like that but under it at an angle is "Occupational Therapy Rocks". Remove the periods they are there for spacing.

What the heck is the purpose of a team in commuting? Is it just PR or something? I can't figure out why being part of a team would matter to a commuter.

Here are some options:

I like this one, but I can create one any way you'd like.

These are created from a vector file (Adobe Illustrator), so if you need one that is bigger or higher resolution for anything, just let me know.

Yeah the BTA and National Bike Challenge didn't get anyone out on their bikes? ;D The Bike Arlington All-Stars finished second overall in the NBC and first in the midsize teams and had the highest per rider milage. We also did our own "Freezing Saddles" from January 1 - March 20 that got a lot of people out on their bikes who normally would have staying inside. of course it helped we had a relatively mild winter.

Me either, it sounds like trying to be a cat herder.

But as far as a name, you could be the cycling Homunculi if you wanted to tie in some neuroanatomy.
