Why would you want to wear a nice pair of shoes biking? That's what beat up old running shoes are for! Put your nice pair of dress shoes in the bag and kick on the old pair boom good to go and any old pedals will do. When you get to the station kick em off and lace up the dress shoes good to go!

Personally, I ride between buildings on campus to get to various meetings. All within about a 2-mile area, and I don't have time to keep swapping shoes (why would I want to for short rides anyway?).

I have it on good authority that these pedals work well with Prada pumps, and other "kick-ass heels", should you have any.

UPDATE:
Got my RMX pedals, and they seem to work great! Comfy, nice and wide, and my shoe doesn't slip off easily. They look pretty cool too! |
