What type of British bicycle is used in the video, "Morning Train" by Sheena Easton?

Looks like a Gazelle, but could be any number of marques. It's not a Raleigh, Rudge or Hercules. Between 0:16 and 0:18 one can see the chainring is a little eccentric, and might have a letter like the 3 "H" pattern in Hercules, or the "CL" in the Chater Lea rings. The downtube has a slight bend forward of the bottom bracket shell, which has me leaning away from any of the Raleigh Tube Investments subsidiaries. Maybe an old Pashley. Those bikes are so durable, there's a good chance someone is still riding it today, so it still may be out there.
