Installing rear chaincase on IGH ?
Trying to get my rear wheel back on my Opa. Hub is a Nuvinci N360. Got the wheel on and chain tensioners in place but everything's too tight to get the rear of the chain case to slide in (should fit between the keyed axle nut and chain tensioner). I've tried getting a screwdriver in from the front to spread it, but can't do it.
Has anyone done this before? Was it this tight? Any advice? Thanks, |
take it to a shop? I cant do anything but yell in upper case.

I did finally get it. I sharpened the front edges where they contacted the nut & tensioner and then just lightly tapped it in with a hammer. I love everything about these bikes, except removing and reinstalling the rear wheel. |
Wondering if you are cramming a wide hub into narrow spread dropouts.
(too bad I couldn't watch) :popcorn |

(too bad I couldn't watch) :popcorn Felt like I was trying to cram too much in, but it's exactly as it came from the factory. |
