All 3 appear to be different sizes. I think all of them have the potential to be good commuting platforms if they fit.

I'd scratch the 15 yr. old Cannondale. OTOH, I'd get either the Peugeot, or the Diamondback, depending upon, fit, condition, feel, and performance.

Of course, at $75, you can't really be too picky! :D

If the Cannondale fits, that would be my pick, but that's because I'm a road bike kind of guy.

+1 You need to figure out what size bike fits you before you buy.

Personally I like the Cannondale. The only issue may be mounting a rear rack, if you are considering that. You can get a seatpost clamp with rack mount holes in them, I have one that was given to me by a Cannondale dealer, but I never had to use it.
