CL: Found a older Belt Fujita saddle, thoughts?

What are some questions you think I should ask about this saddle? I have talked to this person via email a couple times but not sure on what to ask to make sure this saddle is in decent enough condition to use. This person said they would come down $5 to $10 in price.

I am also in talks with a guy who has a Selle Anatomica Titanico-X for $75. This saddle has only about 100 miles on it and is what I am told pre watershed/truleather.
