First Time Commute Partner
 

One of my coworkers recently got a bike and started riding. He lives near me and started asking questions about commuting to work. One day this past week he had his wife drop him and his bike off at work in the morning, and we rode home together. 13.5 miles to his house.

He did well, enjoyed it and said he wants to do it again. This was the first time I rode my commute with a buddy, and while it was fun and I'd certainly do it again, there are some aspects of riding on my own that I like. (mostly that I find it easier to interact with traffic)

Have you ever commuted with a partner?

Nope, but it sounds like an ideal case for a tandem!
