Seems like there's a couple/few of these threads this week. This is how it usually goes for me. When I start a job I politely tell the decision maker what I'd like to do, ask for a recommendation, and have always been given a workable solution.

OP look around this site https://wearetraffic.org/mapping/reports/view/65 it seems to show bike racks in the Toledo area. The link I post talks about secure bike parking, but a key is needed from inside the Hospital. This is the Toledo Hospital not sure if it the same hospital your at, but the site looks interesting.

I do have a public bathroom near my office that I can use to wash up and change. Wondering on any suggestion for storage/safety for my bike.

Hit the boss up for a bike rack. Some states offer tax breaks to places with employees that ride bikes to work. Iowa did when I lived there. Not sure about Ohio though.

in case all else fails -
There has got to be other business' around that do or one that will allow the storage of one. Check it out. It may not be totally convenient but at least you'll be close.

Like most in Europe, just lock the bike to a structure close to your workplace and when you lose the nice bike, replace it with a beater.

A bike is but a tool.

If there is a parking garage, they always (?) have stairways in the corners of solid railing to lock up to.

That's not a guarantee that you won't be hassled, though. I was given a written parking violation for doing that at a Las Vegas hotel I had a music gig at.

Just lock the bike to the pole holding the handicap sign in a parking lot.
