Looking for a rather large top tube bag

Hi,

I'm looking for a top tube bag that is 23x8x12 cm. Everything I found is smaller or is meant for a triangle frame, which mine isn't - it's a 20" folding bike with a frame like a Dahon.

BTW, I took more accurate measurements and they are 10.5x21x7 cm.
