Confident city cycling class material
 

I see them advertised in a lot of places, but after a bunch of web searching don't see much in the way of details of the substance that is discussed in a class.

Can you point me to a lesson plan, instructor guide, or even just a good recap on what is covered?

I'm a long time commuter and very comfortable. I may know it all underneath, but I don't pretend to and I certainly can't articulate much of it. I'm going to be dealing with a couple of relative noobs in the near future who need to get a bit more comfortable in the streets and will be leaning on me.

I may see about taking a class myself, but it's not in the cards for a bit.
