Adapting vintage Cannondale Handlebar bag to modern stem?

I picked up a NOS Cannondale Handlebar Bag from eBay the other day and to my dismay realized that the wire mount for it doesn't fit with 31.8mm bars and stems.

Curious what others have done or what parts I should try.

Eclipse used a wire support frame with 2 arms passing thru sleeves on it's sides , Klick Fix has a wire bag support frame that is compatible

They R&K , also make a QR handlebar bag mount that has an optional set of parts for the Oversize center, Bars.. those can combine on the Kclipse and Kirtland HB bags..

IDK about Cannondale , pictures would have helped , I dont Own one.

A picture of the mounts and bike would help.
