I just use one pannier and a small frame bag under the top tube. I don't pedal Monday am or Friday pm. I use those times to bring in food, clothes and supplies I need for the week. No pool locker? Leave at work? I have a couple of lockers at work, one each for clean and dirty clothes. Just leave a lock at work and at the pool, make it easier on yourself.
