LOL...So I needed a new chain, badly...ordered Amazon Prime and didn't realise they weren't shippiung until next week...
I went to the LBS with the express purpose of chain only.*
It should be noted my only Significant Other is 4-footed, loves tuna, chasing laser pointers, and tummy rubs.

Schwalbe 35mm G-1's to make my Trek Domane SL more gravel friendly. Currently use 30mm S-1's (now called G-1 Speed) which I find to be great road tires.

Went on Nashbar to see what they had, 25% single item coupon, ended up getting these, on top of the XTR 9000 Race pedals I bought the other day! Not sure which pedals I stick with, the XT 8020 will probably be fine.

It's replacing a Force 22 50/34 so sadly I couldn't keep the arms, but the rings are perfectly swappable. Went out yesterday once they were on to just see some data coming in. Returned 30 minutes later drenched in sweat with a 20 minute normalized power of 325w (translates to 308 FTP I guess). I wasn't planning on doing an FTP test, and certainly wasn't expecting anything over 250. I'm sure I'd have been fine without it, but it sure does change your perspective on training.

Not too enthused about the TRP Spyre mech brakes so jumped on some TRP Hy/Rd calipers and better rotors to see if they work better (should be all that I read). Also bought a 3-10nm TQ wrench. I need to be done buying things!

White Industries M16 thru axle conversion to convert my 650b QR mtb wheels to 12x100 and 12x142 to use them on my Sequoia. Gonna buy some Gravelking SK 650x48 this weekend and use them for Gravel Worlds next weekend.

Why? Were you having problems with the QR? Curious as to what you see as the difference. I'm guessing it makes more of a difference on disc equipped bikes than those with rim brakes.

My mountain bike was QR, which is where the wheels originally were. I'm moving them from my MTB to my gravel bike, a Specialized Sequoia, and the frame takes 12x100/142 thru axles.

edit: I just saw that you used NP, that won't work for FTP, gotta use your average.

I am trying to get my 2016 Raleigh Tamland 1 dialed in for the Pony Express 120. The stock Clement mso 40 mm tires aren't tubeless compatible even though I was able to make the front tubeless. I got a sweetheart of a deal on some Kenda Flintridge pro tubeless tires 40 mm coming from Jenson USA. Should be seeing them tomorrow or Monday. sweet

My Gravel Grinder is now doing service as my rain bike. I don't deliberately ride it in the rain.... I take it out if it looks like rain... but I still always hope it doesn't rain. Mostly it does winter duty. But the disc brake are awesome when wet.
I've matched water bottles and saddle bag. And can't think of anything else the bike could use.
